MEET the FOUNDER
Yu‑Chen Shih (石育甄) adored beauty her whole life, only she never truly felt accepted by the industry she loved. Mainstream cosmetic brands overlooked people of color; traditional Asian culture wanted her to believe that only fair skin could be beautiful.
She spent her young adult years scouring drugstore aisles and department store counters from Taipei to Los Angeles, only to find that even Asian brands did not offer foundation shades that matched her melanin‑rich Southeast Asian complexion.
Hungry for a brand that understood her, she created Orcé Cosmetics to celebrate the diverse tones and unique structure of Asian skin. Orcé is ours. Inspired by you, made for us.
